On March 18, 2022, the Traffic Management Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security organized to invite authoritative experts in the industry to report and answer questions in the expert on-site conference video link sub-venue to report and answer questions in the national key research and development plan project "Urban Multi-modal Transportation System Collaborative Control Key". Technology and system integration (2018YFB1601000)" subject 2 "Scenario goal-oriented traffic organization and control collaborative optimization method (2018YFB1601002)" conducted a subject performance evaluation. The expert group listened to the report of the research group, consulted relevant materials, watched the demonstration video of the results, and affirmed the work results of the project, which met the performance evaluation requirements of the project.
Through three years of scientific research, technical verification, support demonstration and inter-subject collaboration, the MAGIC research group focuses on dynamic and static traffic control scene portraits, management and control efficiency diagnosis and evaluation, public transport and slow travel benefit coordination, time-varying traffic organization and control coordination, and balanced regulation of hotspot areas. The research and development of other tasks, as well as the research and implementation of corresponding key supporting technologies and the verification and implementation of demonstration applications, have fully completed the research content and tasks specified in the task statement. The subject has formed 3 industry standards, published 5 volumes of technical manuals and application guides, applied for 13 patents, 4 copyrights, published/accepted 12 papers, and trained 10 graduate students.
Under the background that traffic problems have become individualized, the subject aims to refine the management of typical traffic scenarios to improve efficiency and balance congestion, forming a common technical path for traffic solutions focusing on scenarios, and the key to personalized research, judgment, diagnosis and evaluation in different scenarios. The technology has explored a new mode of digital development for urban traffic, improved the level of urban traffic management, and promoted the upgrading and transformation of urban traffic intelligence.
